Hot Yoga New at Zuiver in Amsterdam: hot yoga. Our modern fitness in Amsterdam South offers three forms of hot yoga. Even without a membership you can join us! Spread over several half-day sessions, in both long and short lessons, you can choose the hot yoga variant that suits you best. Registration in advance is not necessary. If your are not a member of Zuiver, you can join the Hot Yoga classes for € 20,- per lesson.
Zuiver fitness members can participate in the hot yoga classes for free.
The benefits of hot yoga
During hot yoga classic yoga postures and breathing exercises are combined with heat. By training in a room that is heated to 40°C you improve your flexibility while protecting your muscles against injuries. In addition, you stimulate your strength, balance, endurance and flexibility. Our hot yoga classes are suitable for beginners and advanced sporters. All yoga classes end with relaxation for the mind.
HOT CLASSIC 90 - This hot yoga class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to 40°C. The (static) postures will be repeated, so you can directly improve in the second set.
Hot Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga pays attention to your deeper muscles, pezen and joints, while holding onto positions for quite some time. Through this you'll create balance and your body opens up.
