Learn everything about chakra's and how you can influence your energy level and well-being. Chakra's are energy centres in our body in which energy flows through.Chakra yoga is very accessible regardless of your experience with chakras and yoga.

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Mindfulness also involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing, for instance, that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment.
This workshop gives an introduction to Mindfulness by doing various exercises. The exercises are based on meditation and yoga.
