Work That Bottom (WTB) 


A real BBB work-out! During the WTB class you train the entire ‘mini-skirt’ area; buttocks, waist, hips, abs, legs and your core. Special attention is paid to the inside and outside of your legs. In a nutshell: no complicated steps, low impact but tough, use of weights and barbells. Suitable for all fitness levels.
